FAQs

What happens if I leave my Standard Rate blank?

  • If your Standard Rate is blank, then the default Rate for a new Service is $0.
  • Or, if the Service was Invoiced for previously, the rate will be remembered for the next Invoice you create.

An individual Rate can only be added after you've generated an Invoice from tracked time and added the time to the Invoice itself. Then the Rate can be added or edited for each entry.

If you want to update a Service's remembered Rate, we recommend making a new Invoice from the Invoices section and adding unbilled time to it. This will allow you to change the Rate and have it remembered for new Invoices moving forward.
