When upgrading your FreshBooks account, you have the option to upgrade through us directly, or through Apple's Subscriptions (via any iOS device). You can confirm if you're on an Apple Subscription with these steps:
- Log into your account on your web browser at my.freshbooks.com
- Click on the gear icon in the top left corner
- Then click on Billing & Upgrade
If you see a notification indicating "Looks like you upgraded from your iPhone or iPad", your FreshBooks account is on an Apple Subscription.
While on an Apple Subscription, your billing is handled through Apple directly. This also means you are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions as well.
You can manage or cancel your subscription with Apple's steps here. If you're looking to upgrade through FreshBooks directly instead, make sure you've cancelled your subscription (no auto-renew) in your Apple account first before reaching out to us.
