In FreshBooks, the people you send Invoices or Estimates to are Clients. You can add, manage and delete your Clients as your business grows.
Creating Clients
You can create Clients inside the Android app with these steps:
- Once logged into your account, tap on More at the bottom
- Then select Clients
- Tap on the green + circle
- Type in the Client's information (e.g, name, email, address, phone, notes)
- When you're done, tap on Save at the top right corner.
Notes:
- Internal Notes is private and only visible to you and your team if you want to keep track of client details
- When viewing a client, you can also tap on the phone number field to make a call:
Editing Clients
You can edit a Client's information as needed. Just use the below steps:
- Tap on the Clients section
- Tap on the Client you want to edit
- Tap on the Edit button at the top
- Make your changes and tap on Save to finish.
Deleting Clients
- Tap on the Clients section
- Tap on the Client you want to delete
- Tap on the Edit button at the top
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Delete
- Tap on Delete again to confirm.
