When processing online payments through WePay, there is a transaction fee included. The transaction fee is taken out of each payment that is processed before being deposited into your account.

All transaction fees are automatically logged as expenses in your FreshBooks account. You can also log into your WePay dashboard to find the fees deducted from your transactions. Note that transaction fees are not refunded if a partial fee refund is processed, while full refunds will include the transaction fees too.
