How do I import data into my account?

When setting up a FreshBooks account, you can start fresh, or transfer over existing data from existing software like QuickBooks or Xero. If you prefer to avoid manual entry, you can use our free option or one of our paid options to transfer large amounts of data instead.

Easy Switch

Easy Switch allows important information like client details, expenses, invoices, and more to be moved over from your old platform to FreshBooks. Data can be transferred over from supported platforms like HoneyBook, QuickBooks, Wave, and Xero.
